AllergyScreen^® test kit

The AllergyScreen^® test kit is an immunoblot assay for the semi-quantitative determination of circulating allergen-specific Immunoglobulin E (IgE) in human serum/plasma with up to 20 allergen lines per test strip.

The advantage over determinations with single allergen systems is the simple analysis of a whole range of allergens in one operation, whereby only 250 µl serum/plasma are necessary for 20 allergen lines, within 2.5 hours.

The results are printed out in IU/ml (range 0.35 - 100 IU/ml) as well as in classes (1-6). In this way, an efficient and economic determination of specific IgE is given compared to a single allergen test system.

For AllergyScreen^®, there are various panel modifications available with up to 20 allergen lines per test strip.
